Do I need to supply the footage?
For content that features your space, staff, or products - yes. We'll tell you exactly what to capture, and it takes less time than you'd think. If you want us on-site to film, that's available as an add-on. Most of our editing clients send us short clips from their phone and we take it from there.
How long before I see results?
Most clients see meaningful improvements in reach and engagement within 4 to 6 weeks. Follower growth takes longer - typically 3 months before compounding kicks in. We're honest about this upfront: social is a long game. The businesses that do well are the ones who commit to it consistently.
What if I don't like the content?
